We've changed a lot over the years. We've moved, grown, added programs, welcomed new artists, and found new ways to bring art into the community. But the heart of ACB has stayed the same.
Art brings people together.
Before there were classes, exhibitions, art fairs, ceramic studios, Artie, and all the things that make up ACB today, there were people with an idea and the determination to make it happen.
Hear from a few of the people who helped get Art Center of Burlington started and learn more about the early days of ACB.
We're still making art, learning, creating, experimenting, and bringing people together.
Our staff, artists, teachers, volunteers, members, and supporters are the people who keep ACB going every day. During our 60th Birthday Celebration, our staff shared a few birthday wishes of their own.
Sixty years doesn't happen without a community behind it.
As we look toward the next 60 years, we're grateful for everyone who has helped make ACB what it is today. If you'd like to help us continue offering art experiences, supporting artists, and creating a place where our community can come together, we'd love to have you be part of what's next.
Art Center of Burlington
Bringing the community together since 1966.
We're collecting stories, photos, and reflections from community members to help celebrate six decades of creativity, connection, and artistic expression.
