It doesn't matter your level of experience, we promise if you come to art class here you will have a fun time!

We offer many different adult technique classes like oil painting, drawing, and pottery in a warm and welcoming environment.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Your space will not be confirmed until both your registration and payment have been received!

Something unexpected come up? Bummer!

If you need to cancel your registration, let us know at least 48 hours before the actual class date and you'll be refunded the full amount. Class fees are non-refundable for cancellations less than 48 hours before the class date. Thank you for understanding.

Space is limited and often times we have a waiting list. Please let us know as early as possible if you’re not able to make it, there might be someone else who can!

Bad Art Club | 1st Mondays | 6-8pm

Make art without stressing about getting it perfect!

Explore our rotating lineup of DIY craft stations, where you'll get hands-on with different art materials, techniques, and inspirations—no two visits are the same! Or you can spend the whole time perfecting one masterpiece.

Try out new crafts, projects, and hobbies without having to buy all the supplies. Plus, it’s a laid-back, fun space to hang with your favorite people, no pressure, just creativity.

Cash bar available, pre-order a charcuterie box to snack on while you relax and create.

Give it a Spin: Wheel Throwing

(Two Part Workshop)

Watch a demo from our instructor, then try your own hand at throwing 2-4 pieces. If you choose not to keep your pieces, we will recycle the clay. If you choose to keep the pieces, pay $20 at the end of the first class to come back for the glaze session the following week!

$35 per person for throwing + $20 extra for glazing and firing (optional)

Mother's Day Pot with Lillian Rubin

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a handmade gift or a shared creative experience. In this adult class, students will use a mold and coils to create a one-of-a-kind flower pot and add decorative details to make it their own. Sign up early to make a thoughtful gift for mom, or register together and enjoy a relaxed, creative time side by side.

Carve your own design into a plate and pick your color of background ahead of time.

Wildflower Field on Mini Canvas

Slow down and enjoy an evening of painting without pressure. In this relaxed acrylic class, you will work on a small 5x7 inch canvas, building a purplish sunset and a field of daisies with simple steps and an easy, slightly abstract style. It is meant to be fun and approachable, whether you are picking up a brush for the first time or just want to paint something cheerful and take it home the same night.

Ceramic Easter Bunny and House with Lillian Rubin

Adult & Child

Celebrate spring with a hands-on clay class for grown-ups and kids to enjoy together. Create a cute Easter bunny and a small house using simple handbuilding techniques. One adult must register and attend with each child. This class is recommended for children ages 5 and up.

Maximum 6 sets of adult/child participants  | Online registration ends March 16, 2026.

Pottery with Lillian Rubin

Wednesdays, March 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 // 6-8pm

$130 ACB Members or $140 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Participants will hand build various shapes with texture. Bowls, pots, slab forms and a pot for the spring Raku firing.

Beginner Stained Glass Spring Tulip with Cathy Ziglar

Thursday, March 26 // 6-9pm - FULL

$45 ACB Member or $55 Non-Member

Welcome spring with this stained glass tulip. Participants will cut, grind, foil and solder glass to construct a stained glass tulip that stands in a wooden display base. Prior work in stained glass is helpful, but not required. This class is located on our 2nd floor, participants will need to be able to walk upstairs.

Wheel Mugs with Jessi Tucci

Tuesdays, March 31, April 7, 14 // 6-8:30pm

$75 ACB Members or $85 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Wheel Thrown mugs take time management. Each mug takes a potter hours to create. In this 3 part class, aim to create 2 mugs. First class, learn how to throw a mug shape (twice). Second class trim, pull handles and learn some altering/decorative techniques. Third class, learn some glazing skills.

Ceramic Flower Bouquet with Kylee Adams

Thursday, April 2 or Friday, April 3 // 6-8pm

Teen-Adult

Share a creative experience together. In this class, participants will hand-build a dozen ceramic flowers to create a lasting bouquet. This class is perfect for moms and teens or adult kids, or anyone who wants to spend time making something special together.

Limited to 6 students. Registration closes March 31, 2026.

Pastel Pencil Drawing with Bob Johnson

Saturdays, April 4, 11, 18 // 1-3pm

$70 ACB Members or $80 Non-Members

+ $60 materials fee | You will get to keep your own 72 ct. professional artist quality pastel pencils from this class!

Pastel pencils offer many of the advantages of traditional wax or oil based colored pencils with all the advantages of traditional soft pastels. Strong colors with the ability to easily blend and add details set these pencils apart. They share most techniques with their bigger soft pastel brothers and can also be used to great effect in mixed media applications. This course is an introduction to using pastel pencils and a chance to explore their possibilities. Basic practices, materials, and methods will be covered. Come and check out this fun and versatile medium.

Stained Glass Window Skills with Cathy Ziglar

Thursdays, April 9, 16, 23 // 6-8:30PM

$75 ACB Member or $85 Non-Member

This is an advanced class. Prior experience cutting, grinding, and soldering glass is required.

Want to make your own stained glass window? Learn the skills needed to do just that by constructing a small panel in this class. Several patterns to choose from.Topics include selecting glass to achieve a desired result, fitting glass to a pattern of a specific size, adding metal reinforcement to strengthen and finish the panel, and selecting appropriate hardware for hanging.

This class is located on our 2nd floor, participants will need to be able to walk upstairs.

Acrylic Painting Series with Bob Hamilton

Tuesdays, April 21, 28, + May 5 // 6-8pm

$70 ACB Members or $80 Non-Members
+ $30 materials fee

Learn the basics of acrylic painting using a variety of techniques. This class is perfect for beginners or those who haven't painted in a while, and it offers innovative methods for intermediate artists as well. We will explore wet-on-wet methods with a focus on blending techniques and brush strokes. This session specifically includes painting skies and aspen trees, and additional artwork will be on display for reference and inspiration. It will be a fun, engaging class covering both foundational and intermediate acrylic painting methods.

Limited to 12 students. Registration closes April 19, 2026.

Ceramic Mobiles with Jessi Tucci

Tuesday, April 28 // 6-8:30pm

$40 ACB Members or $50 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Create a decorative hanging mobile of any theme you choose. Create a top piece and 6-8 charms to hang. We will roll and cut slabs, paint, and make holes. Once fired, students will get the pieces back with twine and be expected to tie the pieces together after pickup.

Pinch and Coil Vase with Courtney Brandon

Thursday, April 30 // 6-8:30pm

$40 ACB Members or $50 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Make a medium to large vase by pinching the base then building with coils to acheive your desired height. Instructor will glaze your vase in a color of your choosing or come in for a special glaze session to glaze it yourself.

Floral Watercolor Class with Janice Rockwell

Saturday, May 2 // 9am–12pm

$45 ACB Members or $55 Non-Members

Celebrate spring with watercolor and flowers. Join artist Janice Rockwell for a relaxed morning of painting expressive floral compositions while learning watercolor techniques in a welcoming, beginner friendly setting. Whether you come with your mom, bring a daughter or friend, or create a handmade piece as a meaningful Mother’s Day gift, this class is a beautiful way to slow down and make something personal.

All supplies included. No experience needed.

Plated Planter with Jessi Tucci

Tuesday, May 5 // 6-8:30pm

$40 ACB Members or $50 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Pinch Pot Plated Planters puts a fresh spin on a classic pinch pot. You will design and build a shallow planter with an attached plate, learning how to plan your form, pinch for strength and balance, and add small painted details that make it your own. This one part class is relaxed, hands on, and perfect for teens 14 and up, beginners, and intermediate students looking to try something new with clay.

Ceramic Jewelry with Kylee Adams

Thursday, May 7 // 6-7:30pm

$35 ACB Members or $45 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Hand-make your own jewelry to wear! Pick between some of our most popular glazes to add some pizzazz.

Double Thrown Bowls with Jessi Tucci

Tuesdays, May 12+19 // 6-8:30pm

$60 ACB Members or $70 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Learn how to throw 2 bowls on the pottery wheel. Cut and score them together to create a unique 2 part dish. Second class will be for glazing.

Clay Beads with Jessi Tucci

Tuesday, May 26 // 6-8:30pm

$40 ACB Members or $50 Non-Members includes all clay, firings, and glaze

Look at clay in a small form. Come learn how to make raw, decorative beads out of clay. Texture and design will be shown in depth. Hole size and smooth edges will be a main focus. Note; these beads will be raw clay tarnished with an oxide to turn them a variation of red/brown and really enhance the texture. These can be used any way the students want, once fired.

The Dabblers try out various mediums and projects in both the arts and crafts. These two hour sessions are led by group members who have some expertise or experience to share. The goal is not to always finish a specific project but to get exposure to something new and to be with others in art and creativity. This group meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 7-9PM and there is a $10 fee for supplies.
