It doesn't matter your level of experience, we promise if you come to art class here you will have a fun time!
We offer many different adult technique classes like oil painting, drawing, and pottery in a warm and welcoming environment.
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Your space will not be confirmed until both your registration and payment have been received!
Something unexpected come up? Bummer!
If you need to cancel your registration, let us know at least 48 hours before the actual class date and you'll be refunded the full amount. Class fees are non-refundable for cancellations less than 48 hours before the class date. Thank you for understanding.
Space is limited and often times we have a waiting list. Please let us know as early as possible if you’re not able to make it, there might be someone else who can!
Watch a demo from our instructor, then try your own hand at throwing 2-4 pieces. If you choose not to keep your pieces, we will recycle the clay. If you choose to keep the pieces, pay $15 at the end of the first class to come back for the glaze session the following week!
$35 per person for throwing + $15 extra for glazing and firing (optional)

No prior glass experience necessary—all materials will be supplied.

Beginner Adult
If you're wanting to give stained glass a try or brush up on your skills, then this is the class for you! This two part class will teach stained glass tool usage and techniques while creating a small sun catcher to take home. Students will have several patterns and glass colors to choose from to make their own unique project.

Beginners will learn centering or raising a cylinder while they produce bowls, mugs, vases. Intermediates will advance their skills

In this class, you will learn how to make pots on a potter's wheel by throwing off a hump. You practice making several small dishes like cups and bowls out of one several pounds clay mound. This class is designed for students already feeling comfortable with their basic throwing skills such as centering and pulling to learn an advanced throwing method.

Mini weaves are a fun and easy form of weaving that can be turned into a multitude of uses. Weave with small amounts of yarn and add fringes, beads and braids as desired. Easily create cute items like ornaments, wall hangings, mini pouches, jacket pins, clothing patches, and necklaces.

Students will explore brusho, watercolor inks, rubbing alcohol and other unconventional items - even twigs - to add textures and effects to their watercolor paintings. Becky will demonstrate each of the techniques and students can then apply them to their own compositions. Students may bring a photo to work from, use one of Becky's, or go totally free-form and see what develops! All supplies will be provided.

Handcraft a coil basket with yarn and a plastic needle.Yarn provided but if you have a particular color in mind, bring it along. The Dabblers try out various mediums and projects in both the arts and crafts. These two hour sessions are led by group members who have some expertise or experience to share. The goal is not to always finish a specific project but to get exposure to something new and to be with others in art and creativity. This group meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 7-9PM and there is a $5 fee for supplies.
