Explore the world around you and see what you can make out of sticks, rocks, and even leaves! Your child will create magnificent works of art using a variety of natural materials. We will practice different techniques throughout the week to make nature/camping.

It’s the most anticipated week of the summer, don-ta, don-ta….SHARK WEEK!!!  We will be taking a closer look at all types of sharks from the “Great” to the egg laying.  By the way, did you know the “egg” of a shark is called a mermaid purse?  Each camper will need a pair of grey socks that they will fashion during the week.

Using mixed media, we will be creating our own colorful world of bugs! We will learn about different kinds of bugs and how they influence our environment. This week, we will also explore the Mayfly Mayhem project that has taken over downtown Burlington over the past year.

Join us for a far-out art experience learning different tie dying techniques! During this groovy one-day class, students will learn how to tie dye both canvases and fabric. Sharpies and fabric dye will be used in this class. Please send students in clothing and shoes that you won’t mind getting messy. Students must provide their own pre-washed white shirts.

Hey Swifties let's not have a Cruel Summer! Enter your art era with us for a camp of Taylor Swift inspired art! We will create room decor, friendship bracelets, and so much more! Dress up as your favorite Taylor albums each day! We are Enchanted to meet you!!

Calling all Demigods, let's go to Camp Half Blood! Through art campers will learn about the Greek gods and the world of Percy Jackson! We recommend campers be finished with books 1-5 as we will be doing projects from all the books, so there will be spoilers!

Turn trash into treasures! Explore the wonderful world of art using everyday items like plastic bags, bottle caps, cardboard shapes, and more. Together, we'll transform these materials into awesome sculptures and funky creations.

This class will require students to use their noodles - LASAGNA noodles, that is! Students will learn basic mosaic techniques by creating a work of art using colorful lasagna noodles.

Students will learn the basics of filmmaking and imovie editing. We will then use this knowledge by splitting up into groups to film + edit a commercial and short film. Students must bring a charged iphone, ipad, or mac with imovie downloaded and storage to film. Technology will not be provided!

Using clay as our canvas, we'll mold and shape the plates, adding quirky features and abstract expressions to capture the essence of Picasso's famous portraits. Students can bring a photo of themselves, to deconstruct into a Picasso-esque face, exploring playful forms, textures, and colors. Plates will be hangable when finished so they can be displayed on a wall.

Welcome wizards and witches! Join us at the Hogwarts school of artistry where we will create our own wands and monster book of monsters! Costumes are encouraged!

Students will focus on different techniques each day. Starting with Pointillism they’ll learn about  color mixing and optical blending, resulting in an exciting painterly effect on canvas. Day two will be all about yarn, play with texture and dimension, and tactile manipulation.  On the last day students will play with mosaic making, exploring composition, color theory, and precision as they arrange mosaic tiles to bring their visions to life.

Sculpting decorative doorways for a gnome, fairy, or royalty we will detail a fantasy door. Next we will create houses on a hillside. Lastly you ask? A shoe, because why not?!
