We’ve had something up our sleeves for a while, and we are so excited to finally bring it to life! Since the inception of the Tiger Project, we’ve been eager to host a block party on the 300 block. Now that construction is complete and our beautiful new sidewalks are ready, it’s time to celebrate!
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, September 14th, from 3-8 PM “A Happy Little Festival – A Bob Ross Block Party!” This event will take place on the 300 block of Jefferson Street and is free to attend, celebrating our vibrant downtown with a Bob Ross twist. The festival will feature:
- Adult guided painting classes led by Certified Bob Ross instructor Kat Mugg
- Carnival-style games for families
- A ‘Happy Little Tree Pose’ contest with Kalioke Movement Lounge
- Ceramic palette making
- A kid's tent with Bob Ross paint-by-number, face painting, and more
- Delicious food and lively music
- And much more!
Adult Guided Painting
Unleash your inner artist at our festive Bob Ross Block Party with a joyful, hour-long paint class led by Certified Bob Ross Instructor, Kat Mugg. Dive into the world of happy little trees and fluffy clouds as Kat guides you through Bob Ross's signature style and techniques to create your very own Bob Ross-inspired oil painting.
